It's a concept that has been gaining traction in recent years. But what is the circular economy?<\/h1>

Put simply, the circular economy is an economic system that aims to keep resources in use for as long as possible, reduce waste, and regenerate natural systems. In this post, we will explore how cotton and fashion from firms such as Teemill and Cluepony can be used as examples of the circular economy, and how the sailing community can encourage this approach.<\/p>

Lets start with the raw material, cotton. Cotton is one of the most widely used natural fibers in the world, and it is an excellent example of how the circular economy can be applied.
